Happy Fall and Happy Halloween from the Oscoda County Council on Aging

“Tai Chi for Better Sleep” is a series of classes sponsored by Michigan State University Extension at the Oscoda Council on Aging Senior Center in Mio. This program combines the benefits of Tai Chi for arthritis and fall prevention and sleep education.

Lunch starts at 11:45 a.m. at the Oscoda County Council on Aging Senior Center in Mio




During the month of March, the Council on Aging delivered 2180 meals to Home Delivered Meal clients and served 526 meals to diners who come to the center for lunch.
