Superintendent/Business Manager of Mio AuSable Schools Do you remember that Tootsie Roll commercial with the boy and the owl? The boy walks up to the owl and asks, “How many licks does it take to get to the tootsie roll center of the Tootsie Pop?” The owl then takes the lollipop and proceeds to lick the lollipop counting the number of licks as he goes. When the owl gets to three, he eats the lollipop and shouts, “Three!” At the center of things is where the good stuff lies.
