The annual Grow Show and Spring Tree Sale pick up was held May 6 at the Oscoda County Fairgrounds. The spring tree sale is held each year by the Oscoda County Conservation District.

989-387-8929 BIG CREEK TOWNSHIP — On Monday May 1, at approximately 4:15 p.m. the Oscoda County Sheriff’s Office, Oscoda County EMS, Luzerne Volunteer Fire Department and Tri Town Fire Department were dispatched to a two-vehicle crash on M-72 near Meridian Road, Big Creek Township, Oscoda County. A DNR Conservation Officer and an employee of South Branch Township Fire and EMS assisted at the scene prior to their arrival.
