Library hosts colorful night out


There was a full house at the Oscoda County Library in Mio Friday night as women gathered to create their own paintings, partake of wine and appetizers, and help women in need. The greater portion of the event’s cost went toward River House shelter, raising $420. Attendees could also purchase items from Trades of Hope, with 15 percent of sales going to River House.
