Mio AuSable Schools participated in World Math Day again this year on March 2nd and 3rd, 2010. Overall 1,133,246 students and 56,082 schools from 235 countries have united to set a new world record by correctly answering 479,732,613 questions. Mio AuSable answered 437,341 of those questions correctly. This is 230,135 more questions than last year. The top students were Pete Socia in the elementary with 5,111 points (10th overall in the school and he is in second grade) , Emily Mangutz in the upper elementary with 1084 points, Scott Asman in the middle school with 15, 215 points (top in the school), Aaron Winslow in the high school with 9,413 points (3rd place in the school).
