Mio AuSable Schools participated in World Maths Day on March 4, 2009 in order to unite with other schools from around the world to correctly answer 452,682,682 questions within a 48 hour period. Mio AuSable students contributed 207,206 correct answers to the record-breaking worldwide total. Top students were: High school student Brogan King with 7,187 correct answers, Middle school student Scott Asman with 8003 correct answers, and Katy Lefler in Mr. Jackson's 6th grade class with 3030 correct answers!
