NORTHERN MICHIGAN — A weather system with strong wind gusts has created spotty power outages around the region, according to the Consumers Energy website.

In Oscoda County 12.6 percent of Consumers Energy’s customers are without power. To the south in Ogemaw County an estimated 9.1 percent are without power. In Arenac County 3.3 percent are in the dark.
